Co-Pastor Amy Ward was born the tenth of twelve children to the late Mrs. Helen S. Bright in Kinston, NC. Pastor Amy attended the Kinston Public School System in her early years and graduated from Kinston High School in 1985. She furthered her education by way of Lenoir Community College where she successfully obtained her certification as a certified nursing assistant in 1987. Co-Pastor Amy is a graduate of the Kinston Theological Seminary where she received her AA in Christian Ministry. In August 2007 she graduated from the Lenoir Memorial Hospital Leadership Academy. Motivated to continue her studies, in January of 2008 she returned to the college campus of Pitt Community College to pursue her associates in Healthcare Management.
 
Co-Pastor Amy has a love for people and serving people. She currently serves on the staff of Lenoir Memorial Hospital as the Environmental Services Coordinator. When not serving in the healthcare setting she is diligently serving in ministry. She is the founder and C.E.O. of the “W.O.W” (Women of Worth Ministry & Charity) that targets this generations young ladies and women with a message of hope, change, and empowerment to raise there level of self-esteem.

She is married to her life's partner of 20 years Senior Pastor Jeffrey F. Ward. They are the proud parents of two young adults,  a son, Gabriel and  a daughter named Precious.
